Our Return
Policy
If you are unhappy in any way with the products
that you have received from Gorski's All-Weather Wear, you may return the items for a
refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
The purchaser is responsible for the shipping
costs unless the wrong goods were sent or goods were damaged in shipping. A
refund for the purchase price will be credited to your credit card after receipt
and inspection of the product. Shipping and insurance charges will not be
refunded.
To apply for a refund, you must first obtain a
Return Authorization Number from our customer service
department by calling 1-860-584-0879 betweeen 9:00AM and 4:30PM EST
in the United States, Monday through Friday. You may also email customer service
at info@GorskisAllWeatherWear.com
and state the reason for your request and a Return Authorization
Number will be sent to you via email. To expedite your return request,
please fill out the return slip completely. Again, only the cost of the
product that you return will be refunded. We are unable to refund the original
shipping costs to you.
An RA number is not
required when making an even exchange. Simply fill out the return slip, and
cirlce exhange, and explain what item you want in exchange.
All returned goods must be in saleable condition.
Goods determined to have been used or damaged by the customer, will not be
accepted for credit or exchange. After we receive your returned products, we
will issue a credit to your card.
If your
shipment from Gorski's All-Weather Wear arrives
damaged, you must immediately call 1-860-584-0879 between 9:00AM and 4:30PM EST
in the USA, Monday through Friday and notify us of the damage. You will need a
Return Authorization Number to return damaged goods. You may
also email customer service at info@GorskisAllWeatherWear.com
to notify us of any damage in shipping and a Return Authorization
Number will be emailed to you.
Upon receipt of your damaged goods, if we
determine that the goods were damaged in shipping or shipped defective, new
goods will be sent to you as replacements for your order. If you return goods to
us without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number
through our customer service department, our receiving department will
refuse it. The Return Authorization number must appear on the return slip
and on the outside of the package.
